format. The treasurer will continue to present a monthly report to the board
and the effective date will be that of the statement. The current four line summary will continue
to be used for inclusion of the treasurer's report in the CBCA monthly meeting

Doug

who have not paid their dues at some point in the near future.
GUEST:
Tim Grover, President of the St. Leonard Vision Group, presented
information about an upcoming meeting of all the major area civic associations
to coordinate comments on the reorganized and updated draft of the St. Leonard
Town Master Plan. Some issues to be
discussed include an alternate exit out of the Calvert Beach/Long Beach
community, power outage problems, pedestrian and bicycle path along Calvert
Beach Rd.,, a potential "village green" for the town center, and a
community center for youth activities and community meetings. After gathering suggestions from the
attendees at this board meeting, Mr. Grover asked that someone(s) attend the
Vision Group meeting on June 18, 2009 to represent the CBCA. Curtis Walker, CBCA Vice-President,
volunteered to attend.
