GUEST:  Tim Grover, President of the St. Leonard Vision Group, presented information about an upcoming meeting of all the major area civic associations to coordinate comments on the reorganized and updated draft of the St. Leonard Town Master Plan.  Some issues to be discussed include an alternate exit out of the Calvert Beach/Long Beach community, power outage problems, pedestrian and bicycle path along Calvert Beach Rd.,, a potential "village green" for the town center, and a community center for youth activities and community meetings.  After gathering suggestions from the attendees at this board meeting, Mr. Grover asked that someone(s) attend the Vision Group meeting on June 18, 2009 to represent the CBCA.  Curtis Walker, CBCA Vice-President, volunteered to attend.

Other Issues - Bettejane Middleton raised a concern about the wording on the sign on the community bulletin board which announces the upcoming CBCA meetings.  The concern is whether or not the sign should say "community" meeting or "board" meeting.  It was decided to leave the wording as is, "board" meeting.
