OLD BUSINESS:

Sign for the Parking lot -  Jim Powell obtained an estimate of $45. for an 18 x 24 aluminum sign.  The board decided that the wording on the sign should be concise and specific (cars park here, trailers park here, e.g.).  At Charlie Anderson's suggestion, the board agreed that info about the new sign be included in the Fall CBCA newsletter.   At mention of the newsletter, Terrye requested that board members forward suggestions of additional topics for newsletter to her.

Missing street signs -  Charlie reported that the county will replace two missing street signs and repair the two broken ones.  Also, they mayl put a sign up marking where Calvert Beach Rd. ends and becomes Bayview Ave.

Vision Group - Terry said the next meeting is the first Monday in November.  She will continue to raise the need for a biking/ hiking path.

CBCA Website - Charlie is continuing to work on finding new space to host the CBCA website.  He will keep the board advised.
